Ian Woollett, is the Managing Director for Cost Down Revenue Up ‘CDRU’. He has over thirty years experience in the IT industry, and founded CDRU on 14th November 2003. He has held a number of corporate executive line management roles, his last Managing Director position running Australia’s largest privately owned IT contracting services company, following a CEO role with IBM for five years in the Middle East in the early 1990’s. He is a highly experienced principal consultant and executive who has driven a number of enterprise scale consulting engagements. He has managed the strategic sourcing, of technology, services, and outsourcing (in, near and offshore) process for clients, and subsequent supplier transition. Ian has developed experience and knowledge in the local Asia Pacific technology and services market, starting in business case modelling domain, linking business strategy into the final supplier contract execution. He has experience in establishing a sustainable model for the ongoing vendor and supplier management activities that integrate within large scale enterprises, in both the applications and infrastructure domains, acting as both a client and supplier Executive. Ian is client centric and focuses on the business, technology and agreed outcomes that CDRU has developed a track record in delivering. |

Michael is a seasoned hotel and travel industry professional and has held senior corporate positions with several Asia Pacific hospitality companies. He has an extensive background in establishing, leading and operating Asia Pacific sales and marketing organisations. Michael is a hotel and travel industry senior executive with extensive background in establishing and operating regional / international sales and marketing organisations. Experienced in multi-site marketplaces developing strong brand identities (Accor and Hilton), leveraging joint venture partners and strategic alliances. Michael has developed significant experience in operator selection and troubleshooting non-performing hotels. He also has a detailed understanding of the timeshare and fractional industry within a mixed-use environment. As a Managing Director of a large call centre based organisation (RCI), he knows firsthand the difficulties in managing ICT costs. |
